ABOUT

     Alyssa Osceola is an artist from the Big Cypress Seminole Indian Reservation in south Florida. She is a multi-media illustrator, traditional seamstress, musician, and currently works as a Community Engagement Coordinator for the STOF Environmental Protection Office. In 2023, she graduated from Ringling College of Art and Design with a BFA in Illustration and minor in Art History. 

     Her artwork often incorporates elements of Seminole culture, history, botany, and horror. She specializes in high contrast, limited palette pen and ink work, but also enjoys producing mixed media works with traditional and digital mediums. Her work has been featured in museums around Florida, including the John and Mabel Ringling Museum of Art for the "Reclaiming Home" exhibit of Seminole art.
